Beech Grove In this sacred beech grove near Munich I got to play and experience the connection of my body with the earth and once more I'm in awe of how simple it is for me to feel pure bliss and abundance when in my natural habitat. Us as humans are dependent on nature in every single way possible. Without the earth we would be nothing. Yet oftentimes we forget to connect back to her when we get to carried away by our daily lives. What if you take just half an hour of your day tomorrow. No distractions, no phone, no outside noises. Just you and the forest or you and the ocean or you and the mountains. Or even you and the tree in the park near your office. What if you take a few deep breaths, lay your hand onto a tree or the grass and feel the energy flowing through this living being we are honored to call our home. It is the same energy that is flowing through your sacred body. Dare to connect back to the earth. Dare to connect back to your body. To yourself. You don't need anything outside of yourself to feel complete. You just need to connect back to who you truly are. One with the earth, one with the cosm. One with the universe at large. You are here. You are alive. The earth loves you. Let's honor her the same way she is serving us every single day. Every single moment of our lives. What is true freedom to you? Is it the things you do every day, the things that you know and that you have done so many times before that you do not even know anymore why exactly you are doing them? Are they still making you feel excited and alive? Or do you desire something else? A feeling of freedom, of creation, of true and deep connection? I find this freedom in connecting back to our mother earth and creating what my soul wants to express in this very moment. There is nothing better than being out in nature and feeling her with all my senses. When was the last time you allowed yourself to play and enjoy yourself while trusting your body to carry you to the places you want to explore? I hope that this video gives you some inspiration and hope that it's never too late to come back to where you truly belong.
